Since each piece is specially prepared upon confirmation of your order, we maintain a strict no return and no refund policy. This policy also applies to customized, made-to-order, and bulk orders.

1. No Return & No Refund Policy

All orders placed with SANAM TAMANNA are considered final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or provide refunds for any products once the order has been confirmed and payment has been processed.

This policy applies to:

  • Regular orders
  • Customized outfits
  • Made-to-order ensembles
  • Sale purchases
  • Bulk orders

2. Size Exchange & Alteration Assistance

Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we may offer size exchange or alteration assistance in selected cases, subject to approval by our team.

  • Requests for size exchange or alteration must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • The outfit must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Products showing signs of wear, perfume, makeup stains, damage, or third-party alterations will not be accepted.
  • Minor alterations may be supported depending on design feasibility and fabric availability.
  • Size exchange or alteration assistance for bulk orders will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Product

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, kindly notify us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Order number
  • Unboxing video
  • Clear product images

After verification, our team will review the request and offer an appropriate resolution if approved.

SANAM TAMANNA reserves the right to decline claims raised without sufficient proof or beyond the specified timeline.

4. Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for shipping the outfit back to us for any approved alteration or size exchange request.

  • Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and related fees are non-refundable.
  • SANAM TAMANNA will only cover return shipping of the revised outfit in selected approved cases within India.
  • Shipping charges for bulk orders, custom orders, or international exchange requests may vary depending on package size and destination.

5. Delivery & Delay Disclaimer

We strive to dispatch and deliver all orders within the committed timelines. However, delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, natural events, strikes, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control and shall not qualify for cancellation, refund, or compensation.

This condition also applies to bulk orders and customized production schedules.

6. Color & Handwork Variation

All SANAM TAMANNA outfits are handcrafted and artisan-made. Slight variations in embroidery, print placement, color tones, textures, or handwork are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and should not be treated as defects.

Actual product colors may slightly vary due to screen settings, photography lighting, and device display differences.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded after confirmation and payment processing.

This policy includes customized, made-to-order, and bulk purchases.
