2. Size, Fit and Colour

The fit of every outfit depends on the design, fabric, cut, and style of the garment. Some outfits may have a relaxed fit while others may be more structured or fitted. Customers are advised to refer to our size chart carefully before placing an order.

We make every effort to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to photography lighting, screen resolution, and device settings. Handcrafted products may also have minor variations in embroidery, print placement, texture, or color, which are natural characteristics of artisanal work and should not be considered defects.

3. Delivery

Orders are usually delivered within 7–10 business days within India and 25–30 business days for international deliveries depending on the outfit ordered, embroidery work, and customization requirements.

For urgent deliveries or order-related queries, customers are requested to contact us directly before placing the order.

Delivery timelines may be affected in case we do not receive the following information on time:

  • Complete payment confirmation
  •  payment confirmation.
  • Correct shipping address and contact details
  • Measurements, if required
  • Customer response for order confirmation or clarification
  • Ready-to-ship products are dispatched within 1 working day after payment confirmation.

We work with trusted third-party logistics and courier partners to ensure timely delivery. However, delays caused by courier companies, customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control, and Sanam Tamanna shall not be held responsible for such delays.

4. Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. Customers are requested to review all order details carefully before making payment.

5. Returns & Exchange

As most of our products are handcrafted and made-to-order, we do not offer returns or refunds. Exchange or alteration requests, if applicable, will only be considered according to our Return, Exchange & Alteration Policy.

6. Pricing & Taxes

All prices displayed for Indian customers are inclusive of applicable taxes. International orders may attract customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applicable in the destination country, which shall be borne by the customer.

Sanam Tamanna reserves the right to change product prices, discontinue styles, or modify offers without prior notice.

Any misuse of this website including unauthorized access, fraudulent activity, data extraction, or interference with website functionality is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

All disputes arising from the use of this website or purchase of products shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
